A very Good morning to our respected HOD, honorable delegates and alumni’s, friends, juniors and seniors present over here. We all know that our institution has a rich and cultural past. It has built the lives of many students. So, what am I supposed to say to you? “Congratulations, you are now in the alumni society. If you play your cards right, you could be giving a speech in the East Wing in seventeen years!” That would be a tragedy for most of you.

And looking around further, i could not help but feel a bit of nostalgia, some sentimental longing, a wistful affection for the past.
